Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it in its original wooden crate or reinforced box with all protective padding to prevent transit damage.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our specialized white-glove logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
